Does any one know a treatment for cytauxzoonosis in cat?

We lost another beloved cat to this dreadful tick carrier killer on cats? it it took 5 dies and they suffer so much. they wont eat and I tried for 2 days to force feed her. Their poor little body just shuts down. does anyone out their know of a treatment besides kill all the bobcats which would never happen. so sad!!!!!!!
