I am an adoptive Mother and there is a risk that our son will resent us for adopting him, and that he will resent his Birth-Parents for choosing an adoption plan for him. There is a possibility that if they had kept him, he would have grow to resent them for keeping him later in life. My hope is that he will know in his heart that my husband and I, along with his Birth-Parents did what all 4 of us believed was best for him and that he will love all of us for our decision. Okay so it's really annoying me. I eat very healthy, exercise often, drink about 2 litres of water a day, keep my hands and face clean and avoid touching my face, use spot prevention cream morning and night and yet I still get spots, I mean my skin isn't really bad or anything just not very clear. Does my kitten have allergies?

We adopted a Siamese mix kitten about a week ago that was born around 2 liters of kittens. In the past couple of days we have began to notice that he regularly gets little eye boogers throughout the day. I get the boogers out of his eyes every two hours or so and they continue to reappear through the day. After we noticed that, we started paying a bit more attention to him and he also seems to sneeze throughout the day. We are wondering if maybe he has allergies? We'll be able to take him to the vet in a week or so when cash flow is a bit more fluid, but we are concerned that if he has an infection it might spread to our other kitten, who seems super healthy and is about 14 weeks old. 1999 Chevy Suburban Security problem?

Hi I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban 5.7 liter. My Suburban's security light came on one day and stayed on for about a month it went off for a couple of days and came back on. One day i went to the gas station it started for about 3 minutes and cut off and it would not start again. Not sure if we should be together?

Im not completely sure we should stay together. We have had a very good marriage for many years. A marriage most people would be envious of. We complimented each other very nicely. I broke up with my partner of 4 years in February and am as heartbroken now as I was then. I don't presume to know how it feels to give a child up for adoption, to have a child taken from me in any court-ordered situation, or to have an adoption fall through from the adoptive end. I can speak to the death of children at full term pregnancies, though. I do think that a significant part of what you lose when a child dies is the hope and expectation you have for them. All the wonderful things you envisioned your child doing and all the opportunities you anticipated for them-- and of course, you hoped to be part of all that they experienced. I would imagine it would be similar if a child was taken by some kind of court-ordered removal. I would grieve for myself, for the relationship we might have had. The only difference is that there's always the hope you might be able to reconnect at some point, and that he or she could still have all those opportunities of life-- just that someone else would be sharing them. I'd say the pain is probably not less or worse, just different.

hi there, if you want my honest advice, it's not bad but its not great either. It's a bit muddled and rushed and a bit of a jumble to read, too much is happening at once. I got a little confused, you need to slow down first of all. It seems a little rushed, to make it a good piece of writing you need to put a bit more time into it and maybe try to slowly build the suspense and make it more gripping to read. as i said build it up slowly, dont introduce too many people at once. its all just constructive criticism and i hope it help and i havent offended. good luck xx

My boyfriend's friend claims she was molested by someone who is a friend of the family's. Where is my cat peeing near and in my sink?

Its really disgusting but she pees on trash bags, grocery bags, and she has peed on my dinner table, and in my sink, pretty much anywhere you can think of. It's been a long 12 months of ttc...?

Well, today i made the dreadful decision to make an appointment for the fertility clinic. My husband and i have been trying for 11 months this month and apparently theres a line for the fertility clinic so i went and called to get a referal today. My husband is in the Army so our time to try and get pregnant is very limited. I have a 31 day cycle, my 31 days was supposed to end yesterday and I haven't gotten my period yet, but i took a test and what do you know, it was the friendly negative sign. It really sucks cuz everyone of zachs friends has either already had their baby from last deployment or is getting pregnant. It's pretty discouraging. You can go down to the local muffler shop and have them cut out the muffler and add in a glass pack, but I'd go with a Flowmaster or MagnaFlow. It'll sound better with a 6 cylinder. Leave the Catalytic Converter alone, as the muffler shop will tell you the same thing. You may be looking at a few hundred at the most for this. How much stuff can fit in a 30-40 liter backpack?

I'm really curious. I haven't started traveling just yet, but I'm still interested in traveling to places/different countries so I've been researching backpacks, what to bring, etc..and I've seen mixed advice...Some say that you would need a 60L or higher backpack to travel for several months, but other people (only a few), say that they've traveled for several months with just a 30 liter backpack, and it worked out just fine! They also said they packed lightly, but I wouldn't mind doing that; I'm just not sure what they meant by lightly! So how much can fit in a 30-40 liter backpack? Like how many sets of clothes, along with shoes, socks, underwear, and anything else that would be necessary? I'm mainly talking about for warm weather travel. I hate the gym, how can I make it less awful?

My iPod is the only thing that can keep me in a gym for more than 15 minutes. It's a distraction...it gets your mind off of the boring repetitive tasks that your'e doing. So instead of staring at a wall or a TV screen while on the treadmill, you can be off in daydream land courtesy of your music.

Education wasn't for me, i was suspended a few time during my time in school and despite this I'm quite a bright lad. When i left year 11 i decided to join the army on my mum's influence, after two months of the army they discharged me saying i wasn't ready for the life style. I've had a serious problem with my weight for the last year. After grad school I ballooned up 40 pounds, and in the last 8 months have managed to take off a whopping 9 of them. I've tried it all: Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, calorie restriction, tons of exercise. Nothing is helping. I've settled into a workout routine that I like, but without going crazy on all the specifics I just can't stop eating. And I mean stomach rumbles kind of hungry, not just emotional eating or eating out of boredom. I have a limit of 1600 cals a day based on the exercise I do and half the time my meals barely take the edge off. I eat nutritiously, low fat, good carb, fruits, veggies, no soda. I drink my full 2 liters of water a day. I've tried chewing gum, fiber supplements, you name it. The only thing left that I haven't tried is an appetite suppressant, but I don't want to waste my money on something else that won't work. Can anyone recommend one that actually does what it says, without costing an arm and a leg?

Debt Collection for no service?

My neighbour gave me the phone number of a dry cleaning company and I rang them and gave them my details. The next day I saw the work they had done and it was dreadful, my neighbour complained to the company and he was yelled at and they hung up on him. I rang them the next day and told them I did not want their services because of the poor work I had seen. The woman I talked to then yelled at me and told me I would have to pay $70 cancellation fee. I said I would not be paying it, she told me I had to as it was in their ad (I had never seen their ad). Since then I have had 2 abusive phone calls and three letters of demand from the company. The last letter was a final letter of demand for $35. I have replied to each letter explaining that they provided me with no service and no contract was signed. Since then I have received 2 threatening letters from a debt collector stating I would be taken to court and have court costs awarded against me. I have asked for any documents they have, so far nothing. The debt agency even rang me and said they had a strong case against me. I have never received any service from this company and I strongly object to them trying to force me to do business with them. I feel like they are bullying me to try and steal my money. Has anyone else ever had an experience like this? Any information about what I could do to stop them harassing me would be appreciated.

My neighbor has dogs and cats all over the place. The stink comes into my yard with the wind. What can I do?

Animal control has been to their house a few times. There are probably a dozen cats inside. At one time there was a pile of cat liter 3 feet high under a tree. I believe in equal rights, but i dont believe in giving special privileges for women. ie affirmative action based on gender. And i tolerate discrimination(be it gender/race based) in markets and i dont believe women should seek government coercion to engage in economic activities(like affirmative action). People should be free to assocate in the market. Modern feminism seems to support market-"egalitarianism"(which i believe is BS).
