Bad smell, And No taste after serious concussion?

About a month ago I was thrown off of a golfcart and came out with a serious concussion and a cracked skull. It took me weeks to be able to walk right, hear, and not become nauseous constantly. As of now, I have no smell at ALL, and barely any taste. I have this smell, especially when I eat meat, that is DREADFUL, and it makes me sick and nearly throw up. When do you think my taste and smell will come back, and what is this smell caused from?
