Just needed to get this off my chest, and maybe some advise....?

Education wasn't for me, i was suspended a few time during my time in school and despite this I'm quite a bright lad. When i left year 11 i decided to join the army on my mum's influence, after two months of the army they discharged me saying i wasn't ready for the life style. Now I'm working in a leisure centre where the pay isn't bad but my hours are dreadful I'm getting maximum of 6 hours witch is hardly enough for rent and bus fair. I had too work my socks off to get into this job, i was working full time hours for 50 pounds a week for about 2 months on a skill build course. Now I'm stuck on what too do next it seems as if there is nothing out there for me, i want to work but there doesn't seem to be a job out there. What is the best approach too getting a stable well paid job, and any advice on who too ask because I'm lost in the big world and seem too have no help
